Customers can cancel their tickets booked with American Airlines if they have an emergency or change of plans, according to the cancellation policy.
HOW TO CANCEL AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT?
1. Log in to your American Airlines account, and click the “Your Trips” link in the menu.
2. From your list of booked trips, please select the trip you’d like to cancel.
3. Select “Cancel trip”.
4. And then confirm your cancellation.
5. American Airlines should automatically reset your miles for award tickets. And the airline should automatically issue a travel voucher for paid tickets.
