11 real estate companies in Gurugram have failed to make deposits despite receiving notices, and their registers could be banned unless payment is made within seven days. A suggestion will then be forwarded directly to the DC.
The registry of residential and commercial projects of 11 real estate companies may be banned if they do not deposit the amount required for non-destructive testing (NDT) of the structural audit. This follows the Chintal Paradiso accident in Gurugram on February 10 last year, after which there was a demand for a structural audit from several residential societies.
