Can’t scan documents on your printer when connected to a Windows 10 computer? If your printer’s scanner feature worked before you upgraded your computer’s OS from Windows 7 or 8 to 10, scanning isn’t working anymore. Possibly HP printer won’t scan in Windows 10, because the printer is not Windows 10 compatible. There is a small chance that the scanner isn’t working due to an easily solvable issue on the printer. This usually requires a printer power cycle.
